The machine was down again today. The worst part was that I called about an hour before my appointment and they said it was working. And then they called back about 15 minutes later to say that it wasn’t and that I had been rescheduled for later in the afternoon but to call first. 

So I waited and I called and they said it was working. Emily and I drove out to the office and about 30 minutes later they were saying, actually the machine was down again, so sorry.

This is such a mind fuck. I’m trying to stay positive, but it’s hard.
