Another rough week. The nausea has been pretty bad the last few days. I had to take Friday afternoon off because of how bad I felt. Spent most of the time since then basically resting / sleeping it seems. I'm working hard to try and figure out what helps with the nausea and turns out it's not much. The 8mg Zofran seems to do an OK job, but honestly nothing is really working well. Thankfully I just have today and tomorrow and then I get a break.

Yesterday I got a series of text messages from Michelle. Doug ran in a 5k to support Cancer Research. I had no idea he was doing it. Just a flurry of pictures and him running and the kids and Michelle participating. It was beautiful. It also made me tear up a bit.

Here's Doug crossing the finish line:

The 'Uncle Bob' on the number is what really got me 🥹

Also yesterday on my social media platform of choice (Mastadon) I got a good bit of advice from Inspirational Skellator

Inspirational Skelator with text that reads: Remember how far you’ve come, not just how far you have to go. You are not where you want to be, but neither are you were you used to be

It made me smile, and gave me resolve to get through the next few days.

It's getting harder, and I have 4 rounds of this left. But I've gotten through so much already. Just a little while longer. Just a few more months. I can do this!
