Today was the first day since my syncope issue on Friday June 5th where my Heart Rate, Blood pressure, AND Pulse Ox were all at a spot that I expect and am happy with (69 // 121/80 // 99). For the first time in more than a week I feel like myself. I'm still trying to figure out how much non-water I can drink to remain hydrated, so some experiments here and there. I had coffee both yesterday and today and am still feeling good. I might try a soda at lunch, but I'll have to wait and see.
This experience of re-learning how my body works is very strange, but I'm going into it as just part of the adventure I'm on now. I mean, it's not an adventure I was ever hoping to be on, but it's an adventure non-the-less. Sometimes I feel a bit like a toddler learning to walk.
Addendum
I went to fill my bird feeder and in what should have been a relatively easy task. After all it's just a few steps
- Get bird food
- Go to bird feeder
- Put feeder on the ground
- Crouch to fill feeder
- Open Feeder
- Fill feeder
- close feeder
- Standup
- Rehang feeder
- Put bird food away
It was when I stood up that I could feel my heart rate and Blood Pressure rise, and that I got short of breath. After about a 10 minute rest everything was fine, but yeah, still trying to figure out how to walk
